Health and Wellness Promotion created this program as a wellness attempt to assist the specific nutritional requirements of student-athletes. With the goal of improving athletic performance, recovery, and injury prevention, it provides individualized nutrition advice, internet resources, and group courses. The material is designed to teach student-athletes about long-term health measures, proper hydration, and nutrition. Its primary goal is to improve academic performance, mental wellness, and physical health by advocating for a diet that is most effective and balanced for an laborous lifestyle.

Despite its goal of assisting athletes in becoming more physically fit through improved nutrition, it also comes with digital tools for monitoring nutritional progress and working with coaches.
