Social Media Plan
First Social Media Platform Utilized
On tiktok, I will create * short videos (2 per week) that focus on wellness tips for student athletes, such as pre game rituals, pre and post game nutrition, mental health strategies, and recovery methods. Since tik tok is more for short form content, I will be posting fun, engaging, informative content using trending sounds and some popular hashtags to boost engagement. I would also post interviews of health professionals that give advice on how they'd balance school and sport or how they’d prep for games etc.

Second Social Media Platform Utilized
On instagram, to push content onto the algorithm, I will post three times a week spread throughout each week that focuses on educational content about mental and physical health resources that are available at IU indianapolis. These weekly posts can consist of motivational quotes from current athletes, ways to manage stress, as well as just some content about events and activities being held. I will utilize instagram stories to provide updates on everything, share polls, receive feedback, maybe some fun quizzes/games regarding health.
